Unique Basic Model

Our basic model features sturdy 4x2 side and back walls, and a 5x2 front wall. We use PIR insulation board between the stud walls, and wrap it with a Thermal foil vapour barrier both internally and externally. This ensures excellent insulation and protection against moisture.

Unique Premium Model

Our Premium Model Walls are built with 6x2 timber, 150mm thickness wall, including 11mm OSB internally and externally. With PIR insulation board and Rockwool sound insulation, as well as a Thermal foil vapour barrier wrapped internally and externally, you can trust that our walls will provide the durability and protection you need.

OPTIONAL UPGRADES TO MAKE IT YOURS

Upgrade your space with a variety of options, including air-conditioning, extra partition walls, and storage rooms. Choose the options that best fit your needs and make your space even more functional and comfortable. Our exterior finish options include Western red cedar, composite cladding, and zinc.
